Overall, both pick-up and return were handled efficiently. They like it when you purchase enhanced protection packages, but I assume it is because of a commission structure. They did ask whether I wanted to be upgraded to a Mercedes but did not press the matter after I declined. This was better than some of my experiences with Enterprise at the Seattle airport.

Would recommend Sixt Downtown Zagreb. Staff was friendly and they lowered my down payment for the car. It was a bit of a hassle at first with all the extra options and insurance. At the end got the medium insurance and they upgraded my car free of charge to a new Audi A4 that just came in the store. Definitely coming back when I need to rent again. 10/10 for the staff
