Car hire in Protaras

Very good service. I blow off the wheel incidentially. They pick up my car at 6 am , change the tyre, put new spare wheel and at 8 am already return car and I went to have a trip)

Just back from a weeks stay in Cyprus and wanted to thank the Sixt team in Protaras for their excellent service. We booked the car prior to our departure and requested that if possible could they deliver it to the hotel to save us the long walk from our hotel. When we checked in there was a hand delivered letter from Sixt to say they would be in reception the following morning to hand over the car. Right on time the next day one of the staff arrived with the paperwork and after spending a few minutes making the payment and signing paperwork we were good to go. We had the misfortune of getting a flat tyre the very first day during a trip to the Cape to see the sunset, luckily the car was equipped with a spare so after changing it we headed back to the hotel. Calling the office at 8AM the following morning they had someone with us within 30 minutes who took the car to get the flat tyre changed and were back by 10AM. We had the extra full damage excess and tyre and wheel insurances (surely it's false economy not too no matter who you hire from) so there were no issues, no dramas and just an apology from them that they didn't get it fixed quicker! At the end of the hire all we had to do was leave the keys at reception and they collected it. The car was nearly new and in very good condition, our VW was very easy to drive and used only €30 of fuel over 600KM. This is the second time we've used Sixt while in Cyprus and will continue to do so, the staff are friendly and professional so all in all another very good experience of hiring from them.
