I had booked a car rental last minute not realising it would not meet my needs. The person at the front desk helped me as much as he could, but as I was about to cancel my reservation, the branch manager Yann Gotail went over and above to help us resolve the issue. In the end we found a solution that worked, we could get away and explore Chamonix and had a really fabulous car to drive in. It was a special trip for my dad and I really want to thank Yann for making this possible. Shall return again if I get a chance Thank you
