The booking, pickup and car were 5 star but SIXT should make a couple of things within the administration processes more user friendly.
Firstly when entering the driver data on the App, if one thing is wrong you make the user start entering ALL the data again from scratch. Extremely irritating?
Secondly your request to photo the front and back page of the passport, be more specific what actual pages you need.
Thirdly when returning the car and being verbally told everything is OK and then being asked to sign your operatives electronic hand held device with no actual explanation means that the customer leaves with no proof that there will be no charges added to their credit card. Very disconcerting. Being told you will get an email is not good enough.
Perhaps the thing I signed was the proof the tank was filled, and there was no damge , if so give the option of a printout, maybe?
Lastly you email a receipt and although you are aware I am British you have wording in French. I can see a reference to Mastercard in there but I cannot even copy the text to paste into a translation app. Do you expect us to type it all in.
My experience with the staff at Bordeaux Airport was very good, all very friendly and efficient but please give them the ability to be seen as even more professional by being anle to let customers leave fully confident that there will be no issues after leaving the country.
Just niggles really so I would use them again.
