The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I appreciated them retrieving the car and helping me with my bags. I would definitely rent from them again, but returning the vehicle was more difficult than picking it up but definitely great front desk staff. Thank you

I picked up an electric car from Paris on the 29th and I had a technical problems with it while i was driving to Normandy Beachs , next day I drove to the city of Caen and I went to the office there , I was greated by Peter Vicquelin who he did an excellent job by understanding my issue with the car and he went out of his line to replace the car for me with price .. Peter is an excellent example of a model of customer service 👍👍
