Adrian at the Odeon desk was super. He made me feel welcome with his big smile. He had a great sense of humor while still being completely professional. The Fiat 500 was the perfect car for navigating the narrow streets of Paris (so long as you can drive a manual transmission) but still quite comfortable on the autoroute. For Americans used to picking up rental cars at an airport, the experience in Paris is distinctively Parisian. After checking in at the reception desk, no need to jump on a bumpy shuttle bus. Instead you walk several blocks to pick up the key and car from an attendant in the parking garage beneath the Apple store in the historic Marché Saint-Germain. Overall, it was a terrific rental experience!
