I had booked a car with a toddler seat which wasn’t set on the car when we got to the CDG airport from a 4 hours flight with my one year old son and my wife. We had to wait for an hour to get the seat ready and be brought. But, Nawel and her colleague at the pick-up point were helpful and apologized many times, and a week after, Nawel managed to get a discount for us for this unexpected experience. Yes, it did not bring our lost one hour back but I appreciate the effort and the communication throughout the process. Thank you.
