I had rented a car for a week, prepaid via the website. When I arrived at the SIXT kiosk, there were other customers, so I had to wait (in line) for 10-15 minutes. Pierre, who spoke English well, did his thing ... tried to upsell me to a convertible, offered a prepaid fuel option, and encouraged me to buy insurance. I politely declined, and he wasn't overly pushy. He put a 300 Euro hold on my credit card. The car itself was close-by, clean and in good shape. Roman (who also spoke English well) was fantastic. He walked me around the car, showed me 3 small scratches, encouraged me to video the full exterior and showed me how to use the touch screen. When I returned the car (a week later), there was a 5-10 minute wait in line. Then the agent inspected the vehicle, took my signature and processed the 300 Euro return. All in all, it was a pleasant, professional experience. Certainly better than other agencies I've used lately.
