Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiterin bei Abholung des Autos in Chemnitz Salzstraße!
Bei meiner Miete der Kategorie Lucky Dip wurde mir an der Kasse gesagt "man muss mir den VW Polo geben weil er da ist" soviel zum Thema Glücksauto. Das finde ich ganz schönen Betrug. Sonst war die Dienstleistung okay.
Die Mitarbeiter sind Kompetent und sehr Freundlich. Warum ich zwei Sterne abziehen muss hat folgenden Grund.
Das Systhem zur Schlüsselrückgabe außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten funktioniert nicht fehlerfrei sodass mir ein extra Tag und eine Verspätete Rückgabe berechnet worden sind. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Zumal ein Telefonischer Kontakt nicht möglich war um das Problem zu klären. Da half nur noch das Beweisbild, was ich jedes mal schon profilaktisch mache.
