Overall, a pretty good experience: we rented a SUV, it was in perfect conditions, very clean, and with a full tank. The only complain was that the car didn’t have CarPlay enabled (you have to pay extra when renting to have it).
The bad part was that we had to wait over 20mins to get the car because “the system was having problems”. They tried to switch us up to a truck (for the same price) and that’s how we ended up with a different rental contract. However, everything was fixed in the end and we did not get additional charges.

I would recommend SIXT to anyone that comes to Europe. They don’t have any hidden fees. I’ve rented from they 4 times with no issues.
