Renting with Sixt was a great experience. I see so many angry reviews here but I experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness from the staff. Thank you Zsolt and Norbert! At the very end of the rental in the Sixt parking lot I had a very embarrassing mishap that caused some damage to my rental. I was covered because of my insurance purchase, but the kind understanding response from Zsolt and Norbert really helped smooth things over. They’re great professionals and my partner and I had an amazing countryside drive with this rental.

Friendly, helpful staff, clear and direct communication. Didnt make me feel like im dancing on thin ice as where they will come up with some dodgy added charges. Upon returning the vehicle, Bálint assured me that all is under control, and helped me get back to the terminal area. Highly recommended!

We received exemplary client service from Norbert and his team. We hired a minibus for a company trip to the Netherlands. The Sixt team was great from step one. They are professional, considerate and a pleasure to do business with. Our car was broken into in Amsterdam and the team was also efficient and helpful in sorting out all our problems. I am positive that we will only use Sixt for car rental services in the future.
