I chose to rent from Sixt in Milan after reading positive reviews and my experience was great. 1) Office at Milan Central station was very easy to access by taxi; 2) I was immediately helped upon walking into office, very quick and efficient, got car I requested (BMW X1) plus upgraded to automatic, and agent walked me to car and helped with luggage; 3) return at MXP airport was very easy -- right in Parking Area 2 next to Terminal 1 and 4) I was charged exactly what I was quoted (note: I purchased full coverage for exterior of car which was worth peace of mind because I was driving very narrow roads!)

We picked up our car on 30th of March and brought it back 12th of April, both before lunch. The colleagues from Sixt were extremely nice and supportive on both days and all the administrative work was done in a very professional manner. Also the car was perfect. I was very satisfied with the whole service.
