Our staff will identify by wearing the Sixt uniform (an orange polo shirt with the logo and black pants) and our Sixt welcome board with your name on it. Our shuttle bus will lift you in less than 5 minutes to the Sixt rental car branch next to Cancún Airport where you will rent the car.

In the same office where you rent the vehicle we will wait for your return. Our staff will take you to the airport, wishing you a happy return.

Excellent, no fuss, no surprises! I was returning my rental here, promptly greeted, paperwork done in 60s, the bill was exactly what I expected and the contract closed out on the spot. Before I could even ask where the shuttle was to the airport, they already had the shuttled driver pull up to the front door for my solo trip to the terminal.

Awesome service. Pickup was smooth, prices were what I was told online. Then after having to leave earlier, I dropped the car off at midnight and needed a ride to the airport and Victor was there for every bit of assistance I needed. Explained the how’s the credit card holds worked and even personally gave me a lift. Would definitely recommend
