Car hire in Puerto Vallarta

Vicky and poppi are lovely. The cars are well maintained and clean. The guys who wash them and look after the tires are very polite and courteous. There is a gas station, 2 actually, really close to the return. I was a little nervous because the reviews of hertz are so shockingly bad, but everyone here was awesome. I will be renting from them again and joining the loyalty thing. If they don’t have one; I’ll just bring donuts the next time I come. Gracias para todo!

Excellent service. No issues at all, trustworthy and there was none of the pushiness to upsell insurance that you can sometimes get at car rental agencies in Mexico. 3rd party liability is mandatory, but I had comprehensive through my c/c. Would definitely rent from here again.

Pleasant and car rentals are two things that are hardly, if ever, used in the same sentence. With Natalia at Sixt helping you, it is sure to be the case. As I am not much of a planner, I left my car rental in Puerto Vallarta to the last minute. This was the third company I called after the first was sold out and the second was going to charge me triple price. Natalia was so kind and friendly on the phone and quoted me an incredibly reasonable rate for a 3 day rental. When I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest office dog who let me pet her as I completed the seamless check in. There were no surprise hidden fees like a lot of other rentals in Mexico, what was quoted was what I was charged. The car itself was in decent shape and enabled me to explore north and south of PV. I cut it very close to closing time when returning the vehicle. While other companies probably would have been annoyed, Natalia was just happy to hear all about my adventures I had in the car. Highly highly recommend Sixt for any car rental in PV.
