She was so helpful in explaining all the ins and outs and giving me some great tips on where to go and how to access the car ferries. Good service, and we received what we booked. Only downside was that no one was present at the counter when we arrived, even though our arrival was as scheduled. After waiting for 10 minutes, the attendant showed up, and we were on our way. Returning the vehicle was a breeze.
