If I had read the reviews I probably wouldn't have gone to Sixt. Fortunately I didn't have any issues, I arrived on Good Friday and was attended to rather helpfully by Raed who was pleasant and explained things convincingly enough for the lease to happen. I'm waiting to see what they deduct from the deposit for the fuel which isn't as full as it was when I filled it up yesterday intending to return the car yesterday. But so far so good, quite simple. I did find that their prices are higher at the desk than they were online, and the explorer it should online was not available. But they still get the full 5 star for the customer experience. The Manager who I also met was similarly v helpful and played along with my jokes about the chocolate. A pleasant experience in all.

First time I came to Norway and I had the best experience here with Ronny. She was so helpful in explaining all the ins and outs and giving me some great tips on where to go and how to access the car ferries. It’s also the only car rental that’s open until 11:30pm so perfect for late flyers. Great service all round. Thanks so much for being so kind Ronny!
