Exit the motorway towards "Luzern Zentrum" and keep driving towards the train station. Drive towards "Verkehrshaus/Küssnacht". The Sixt branch is located approx. 150 m behind the pier on the right-hand side.

The vehicle return is located at car park National Parking at Haldenstrasse 23, Luzern, approx. 100 m from the Sixt branch across from Grand Hotel National. Please park your rental vehicle on one of the marked Sixt branch on levels 7 and 8.

We had a terrible experience driving an Audi sports sedan provided by Six, front-wheel drive without snow tires—in heavy snow with at least a foot of accumulation. The car drifted multiple times, needed to be pushed uphill by passersby, and caused significant traffic delays. Mind you, we had two kids in the car who were scared. I called Sixt this morning and, after several frustrating calls between roadside assistance and customer service, Robert, the manager at the Lucerne location, went above and beyond by personally delivering a replacement vehicle, ensuring we didn’t lose another day. I’m just happy we can now get to Mt. Titlis for our tour.
