Marquita Foggie and Matthew Schwartz are two of the best car rental agents I have met. My adult daughter and her friends had a situation where a car they were promised was not available. The manager at one store (he was wonderful also, I just cannot recall his name) assisted them by setting up a reservation for the following morning at the location where Ms. Foggie and Mr. Schwartz worked. They assisted my daughter and her friends from the time their feet hit the lot to pick up the car until they dropped the car back to the lot.


There were two issues separate from the fabulous service that Ms. Foggie and Mr. Schwartz provided that they absolutely no control over that were disconcerting to me. The first issue had to do with the original vehicle not being available to my daughter and her friend. They waited for hours only to finally have the vehicle arrive and be taken out of service due to the number of miles it was driven. This led to the manager at that original location problem solving and advising a reservation could be put in my name for the following morning at the location where Ms. Foggie and Mr. Schwartz worked. I was told the reservation would be switched to my daughter’s friend as primary driver the following morning. My reservation was only a placeholder. My daughter and her friend signed all the necessary paperwork when they picked up the paperwork, and all seemed well. There is no printed contract normally with this company as everything is pretty much done via email. The contract went to the email account of my daughter’s friend, who was the primary driver. However, since there was no printed copy, I was unaware my name was still listed with the friend’s email address and drivers license number. This was not fixable by Ms. Foggie or Mr. Schwartz. I think the company needs to keep more vehicles on hand and may need an IT upgrade. Again, not the fault of the people who assisted my daughter and her friend. Ms. Foggie, Mr. Schwartz, and the individual who assisted us at the beginning location, were competent, friendly, and wonderful. They truly are an asset to the car rental company. Thank you to all three of them for their help.

I would like to say that Davina was excellent help. She made sure to explain every detail of my rental. She showed me where to pick up my car and everything. The people outside also where great nice and polite. A young lady by the name if Tenay (not sure how to spell her name) was helpful also. I will come back here more often.

Remone was very helpful. This was the first time I rented from Sixt because my corporate card is with Budget for the last 16 years. But, for whatever reason, Budget had no cars at IAD. Very good experience to the point of opening a corporate account on the spot.

Best service and cars available!! We needed a big car for our family of 7 and they were the only ones with a comfortable one that we liked! PATRICE was AMAZING!!! He was so nice and detailed oriented when explaining us everything we needed to know! We’ll be using them again!


Patrice at BWI is a lifesaver. We had what I thought was a relatively simple situation to resolve (lost keys) that turned out much more complex, but Patrice was willing to help us push it through and get us an exchange rental car. Amazing!! Annalisa at the front counter was so sweet and helpful. I was there first thing when they opened and she was so welcoming. I feel so appreciative too- the car they had originally signed me up for wasn’t ready from the Carwash yet so they upgraded me from a Nissan Sentra to a Chevy Blazer! It worked out perfect for the rainy days in the mountains. Darrell at checkout was just as friendly and helpful. I pulled in and he was doing a fantastic job helping another family find the exact car they needed all with a smile. He made my checkout a breeze and had so much patience with everyone! I absolutely loved my first experience with this company, especially with their amazing staff! Thanks everyone!!
