We had a terrible experience with our rental and no customer service. The only reason to give this high of commitment is because of the outstanding job The Shana.S. Did upon our return. She worked hard to try to correct the problems and her attitude to make Syed were taken care of was the best.

This is the 3rd time using Sixt. Literally every time I use them, their cars have been immaculate, their service friendly, fast, and have a great assortment to choose from. Last night, Adam at the Charlotte counter helped me find a vehicle after I had purchased a 3rd party travel package that included my car rental. Not only did he make sure I knew all the options ahead of time, like prepaid gas, vehicle coverage (I would recommend it!) Pre paid tolls, etc, but he also made sure my tall self would be comfortable in a vehicle. For a small upcharge of course, I'm glad I did it.
Since it's my first time here, he was helpful in telling me about a few local places to visit. When I went upstairs to get the vehicle, William T. at the booth made sure I knew about the car, area, drop off and gave me some more great suggestions to check out.
Great customer service as always from Sixt! I would recommend their team in Charlotte, NC to anyone needing a reliable, clean rental, and fast, friendly service. Thank you Adam and William!
