Alice was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful and my check in was smooth and quick! She upgraded my car free of charge! I was able to get a full size Jetta and it was immaculately clean and had no problems with it at all. Drop off after hours at Sixt was also seamless. It was very convenient. Highly recommend renting a car from this branch!

My experience with Sixt was great from beginning to end. When I picked up the car, the agent was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. When I returned the car, Addie was the agent and she was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. She went above and beyond to help me out. They both should be commended on their great customer service. Car rental was great and paid exactly what I expected to pay. This was a pleasant surprise. Other car rentals find ways to tack on other fees. Great experience.
