Had to grab a car at 7AM, and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Sheldon…or should I say, “THE Sheldon”! 😮 THE Sheldon was just that. A true force to be reckoned with! He greeted us with a smile, bright eyes, and a fantastic sense of humor. He was kind, conveyed empathy, as well as knowledge of his services and products. I was in a terrible bind at the Dallas airport. I had ordered a vehicle thru priceline for Fox rental and was not told that I needed to pay my deposit by credit card. Long story short Sixt was the rental place that I went to & helped me immediately with kindness. I was almost in tears! Another rental place Avis had an employee who was rude to me, I left there hurt and encountered Sheldon at Sixt & another employee sitting at the entrance welcoming me. I had to pay much more than my original reservation with priceline But the deposit with debit was SO MUCH LOWER compared to all other rental places there that wanted $500!!! And from now on I will be looking to rent with Sixt before hand so that I can get the best deals. The car is really nice! I was in & out in about 20 minutes!! Sheldon gave my daughters & I cold waters. He walked us to our car, helping us with luggage! My experience was so refreshing. Please understand that I got to Sixt so discouraged, embarrassed & feeling crushed but staff (Sheldon & the lady sitting at the chair) immediately cared for me with great kindness & care that helped my heart! This means so so much to me! I’m just so thankful!! Thank you thank u thank youuu for helping me!!!!! WONDERFUL 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
