After collecting any baggage, follow the "Ground transportation" signs. Go one level down and outside, following the "Rental car shuttle pickup" sign. It takes 5-10 minutes to reach the Rental Car Center by shuttle. The free airport shuttles run 24 hours a day. Once you arrive, go inside and our SIXT branch will be on your right.

Return information

Navigate to our SIXT branch at 2500 S Garage Drive, Dallas TX 75261. Once you arrive at the Rental Car Center, enter the garage, following the "Car rental return" and SIXT signs. Go up the ramp until you arrive at our SIXT area, where the return lanes are on your left. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. To return to the airport, take the free shuttles that run every 10-15 minutes, 24 hours a day.

We've now booked with SIXT twice while flying into DFW and I must say we're beyond satisfied with both experiences. We had reserved ourselves a Toyota Camry for our week vacation in Texas, and we immediately noticed they were low on cars as it was a busy week(spring break). I fully expected to be let down and disappointed, but Michael gave us the free upgrade of a convertible BMW Z4. I was expecting some sort of catch, as I've had bad experiences with the scams of other rental companies and their surprise fees, but this upgrade didn't cost me a penny. I have two more trips to texas in the next year, and I'll absolutely be coming to SIXT again and looking for Michael! Thanks again for such a great experience.
