The service was amazing. I was skeptical at first because they didn’t have the vehicle that I rented available at the reservation time. The manager gave me a free upgrade at no additional charge. They did also let me know that the rental cars had been returned late, which is why they didn’t have any available at the time. I appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure that I had the appropriate vehicle For my vacation. I will be returning to the location on Taylor Street, Downtown Fort Worth!

Traye at Sixt were fantastic! Professional and super helpful. We hit a winter storm on the way back and needed extra time. Traye was understanding and accommodated our request. Thanks to him, the rental experience was smooth sailing (pun intended!). The car he provided was clean, spacious, and a dream to drive. Highly recommend Sixt and especially Traye!
