Sixt at the San Jose Airport (SJC) is the best!
Over the past few years, I have always relied on them for their amazing car selection at competitive prices, especially during the pandemic. They always strive to keep their cars clean and well-maintained to make sure everyone has the best experience.
Where there is often a lack of inventory of cars at Hertz President's Circle and National Executive Emerald Aisle at SJC, Sixt at SJC has always been my go-to for flexibility, accessibility, and most importantly, reliability for their cars and their service.
No matter if there are technical difficulties or availability issues, SJC Sixt is always ready to accommodate their customers. Whether it’s something small like making sure I’m topped off on windshield wiper fluid or something catastrophic like the occasional Southwest flight cancellation, the Sixt team is always there to make sure I can get to where I need to go. From personally teaching me how to operate the vehicle’s 4WD system and ensuring that my Apple CarPlay was properly connected wirelessly to the vehicle’s infotainment system, they never hesitate to take the extra time to ensure I am able to utilize the vehicle to its fullest experience.
