Jonathan was a pleasure to speak with and offered some great insight into Cincinnati. My flight arrived earlier than expected but because he mentioned a thunderstorm would be rolling in, he adjusted by rental period to get me a vehicle sooner than later and get on the road to avoid the rain. He explained the policies and procedures and answered all my questions about the vehicle, the agency and the area. He's a real asset to your team!
