Firstly and foremost, the warm welcome from La Cretia set the tone. She was very respectful, informative, and friendly. Her flow of conversation was so smooth and mild mannered. Kudos to her excellent customer service!:) In addition, when we went to the counter to claim the car , La Var was a very respectful and friendly gentleman. His wingman who we didn’t get the name was kind enough to give us an express car delivery. Great Job for this team, they’re a well oiled machine. I Highly Recommend this company if you’re coming to visit DC.
