The customer service at both Truganina and Hoppers Crossing was amazing. The smash repairers made quite a few errors in organising a rental and gave me the wrong details. The SIXT team was lovely in helping me navigate these issues. Staff were always friendly and attentive. The SUV I rented drove well, was very clean and was in great condition.
