Sixt at Biarritz Airport were very efficient and friendly, with no queuing at either collection or drop-off. Chose Sixt as they have transparent and reasonable charging policy for taking vehicles temporarily from France into Spain.

My flight was cancelled, and i struggled to change my booking with Sixt.
EDIT: Sixt customer service were quick and diligent in supporting the cancellation process. Resolved.

Fairly small airport but quite efficient. Only 1 cafe on each side of check in, not much for selection. Walk from car rental return to boarding check in desk only takes a few minutes.
