The desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional; I often find the garage staff less so. They upgraded me to a beautiful car this time. I wish they had check-in staff in the garage, so I wouldn't have to walk back to the desk after parking.

The desk person provided good service and was reasonably fast, but this location had a poor selection of vehicles and what we'd reserved wasn't available so we were given something I would consider inferior, overall.

Parking garage has very narrow access. Not Sixt's fault but not pleasant to get the car in and out (even though it was a compact model).

Service was good. SIXT employee got the car for us and walked us through a quick introduction. Return: No issues but parking is a little tight. Just tell them if you have car insurance with your credit card and decide on the insurance they usually add.
