Deducted a star as I ordered an SUV but upon collection they only had a sedan in stock.. Was able to make it work. Great service/staff/team there made up for it. Find out difficult to find the return parking, but will be easy next time.

Sixt is the worse company to rent a car! But i give 5 stars to this branch as it’s only branch who helped me to exchange car. As different sixt branch gave me broken car, as soon as i started car, screen was saying about engine problems! Sixt branch where i have rented car and customer service told me to fix it for my own money! For 11.5 hours i was driving through Germany with broken car from one branch to another.. and this branch was the only one who right away agreed to help! Thanks to the good man working there in the evening of 5th of August!
