Very pleasant travel experience and very helpful employee! My case was special. I have forgot my luggage in Nuremberg Airport parking garage and we realized it when we arrived in Munich. First think we came to 24 hour Sixt station to seek for a help. I was very stressful and even though I was not being polite the employee in duty, Jevgeniy, was very nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to solve the issue and finally with his help my luggage has been picked up!
