Extremely friendly customer service officers. Only thing to comment would be the designated place to return the car. Karl Platz is heavily congested area and clear and specific instruction MUST be given to avoid time wasting.

Quick and seamless rental. Would highly recommend opting for a descent car if travelling more than 100km and would 100% pay the extra to have zero excess, scratches and chips are inevitable and you can be charged. Location is great and you have a fuel service station next door, so you can fill up the car just as you bring the car back which is super convenient. Head up If you are a tourist, make sure you have a passport, credit card drivers/international license. As the gentlemen before me didn't have these items and it was very difficult.
