Till now, the best experience with a Rental company in my life, anywhere:
-First of all, very accommodating. All you need to hear is 'ok, don't worry, everything is under control'. I had a couple of issues with the booking and they were very efficient and nice to sort them out.
-Very nice staff. All of them have been very nice during any interaction with them.
-Going extra mile. They really went beyond their duties and responsibilities when I was rushing when returning back the car.
I can't thank them enough for their service, and for sure I will use their service again when I will go back to Bologna. I just wished there were more people like them, especially in this industry!

We've rented a car here for a 1 day. 1-day rent with full insurance was 114€ and 300€ were blocked on the card (it returns). The car was good, pretty new and clean, the administrator in the office was helpful and polite. If you are 24 y.o., but your 25th birthday in the current year, for them you are 25th y.o. driver.
