Everything was great except at check in they did not have the car available and the lady at the counter said I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. When I asked if they had any car available for the same price that I was quoted she said “yes but it’s a mini van”. I could care less! Then she said I will give it to you at the price you were quoted. Instead of saying when she saw my car wasn’t ready, go ahead and offer me another car at the same price. Had I not asked I would have had to wait 20-30 minutes at least. Just have to be pro active since customer service is a lost art. When I brought the car back Leslie was great! Excellent service when I returned the car

I have used Sixt twice and have had no problems. I do wish they were more flexible on their return times (you have to return on the same hour that you picked up. Otherwise they charge for a full day) but other than that they’ve been good!
