We book through a third party site yet quite shortly before arriving to the car rental company. The price that we got was extremely cheap across any platform and we were already excited to pick up our vehicle. However, when we got there they had an issue with our current rental car and we got a free upgrade up to a BMW 7 Series. They made sure that everything we had on our original rental, such as unlimited milage, was transferred over and that the price would remain the same. Car was clean and we were not upsold on anything extra including insurance. In and out fairly quickly. Will definitely be back again!

First time renting a car from Sixt, and it could not be more convenient - check out to the car took less than 10 minutes, and when we returned the car, all we had to do was park the car in the garage and hand the key over, no questions asked. 10/10 for convenience and fast service, recommend!

I've tried many different rental companies, and SIXT is a clear favorite. The staff at the location are professional, friendly, and skilled - it was a pleasure interacting with them. The vehicle was outstanding, and I felt safe and comfortable during my rental period. Due to unexpected circumstances, I had to extend my rental by several days. This was easy to accomplish online. As well, returning my vehicle took only a few minutes. I appreciate they have a branch in the downtown area where I live, and that I don't need to travel far from home to pick up or return my vehicle. I look forward to renting with SIXT again, and have already recommended the company and service to family and friends.

LET ME JUST SAY!!! This was my first time renting a car which is pretty intimidating, but the staff here made the process so swift and fun! I wish I remembered her name, but the staff member here (an Aquarius with cute orange braids) helped the guy assisting me with debit card accommodations and getting my car to me. She was sweet and knowledgeable, and this rental was SOOOO beautiful (free upgrade due to no sedans being available), I extended it till the end of my trip and was easily able to switch my drop off location to accommodate an early flight out of LAX ($97 fee for drop offs outside of business hours tho 😭) Shoutout to Sixt and the staff at the 8th St location for making my LA trip memorable. 🫶🏼
