HI I WENT TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE WHEN I ARRIVED IN WEST HOLLYWOOD THERE WERE NO VEHICLES EVEN THO I HAD A RESERVATION AND HAD TRAVELLED IN UBER AN HOUR FROM SNA AIRPORT TO FIND THERE WERE NO CAR!!! THANKFULLY WAS A CAR CONFIRMED IN STUDIO CITY AT THIS LOCATION!!! HARSH WAS SO KIND, UNDERSTANDING AND TRULY HELPFUL!!!! HELENA WAS SO ACCOMMODATING AS WELL!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!
