Fast, efficient, clean and friendly. I've rented from several organizations and SIXT stands out in a great way. This location in particular is nicely located in a central convenient location in side a Wells Fargo Bank building. Staff is professional and helpful. The manager, Josselyn was very helpful and makes sure everything works like a charm.

We created a business subscription with Sixt , and from our Rep. Elvis in NY all the way to my interaction with the Pasadena team has far exceeded all my expectations. I heard ftor several colleges that Sixt customer service was that of Ritz Carlton and American Express. Well that is a flat out lie. Sixt customer service is beyond that of RC or AMEX.
