Good car, good price and very accommodating terms for car rental. The location is right in the lobby of Westin Hotel, so one can relax on a couch or have some coffee/snacks on the Coffee Bar in the nice air-conditioned lobby. The parking is next door. Special thanks to manager Tori, who was very helpful with arranging the car on Feb 23, 2023 (Huynday Tucson).

The car I reserved and was told would be available was not when I arrived. The manager upgraded me to save my evening without any issues. Will always think of SixT first going forward.

I never rented from Sixt before and was apprehensive, especially reading some of the bad reviews. I must say, however, that my experience at the 4332 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach location was nothing but very positive. Maybe it was just good luck that when I arrived on a Monday morning at 11am there was nobody there and I was able to go right to the counter and talk to a representative. There were 4 counters staffed by 3 people. The rental transaction went smoothly, no pressure or upselling, and I was out and on my way shortly with the intermediate car I reserved. When I returned it one week later, also on a Monday about 11am, there was a line of people waiting to see a representative but I was able to just walk up to someone at the counter and return the key no problem. I received email confirmation a bit later. The location is across the street from a Miami Beach Trolley stop so getting there and leaving is easy. I don't usually write reviews but feel this Sixt location deserves credit for efficiently handling my rental and on that basis can recommend it.

Amazing service! Carl in Miami location off of Collins was the best there is. Enterprise had failed us and I walked right in and they accommodated me immediately! The best!
