My family was visiting Florida for spring break and we had a car rental reserved at a different agency which cancelled on us. We were stranded and desperate and I checked with several agencies and they were all sold out. I went to Sixth and Dennis was helping me find a solution. He was helpful, compassionate and empathized with our terrible situation, which was refreshing and comforting since all the other places were pretty much "Your out of luck!" Dennis was able to find us a car and we were delighted. Great experience, Dennis is a gem and we will definitely use Sixth again.
