Yesterday we picked up our car at SIXT in Miami Beach. Our adviser Tyree D was very helpful and upgraded our car in a beautiful Audi Q8. Until now everything went perfect and we can recommend the store without exception. Very good job, keep it up!

Booked the car in person, also got an upgrade for the car for free. We asked for a baby chair, it was a little bit complicated since it did not fit the car and we could not install it even with the help of the assistants. We started our rent 1hour later due to this issue and we had to go to the nearest sixt to pick up another baby chair. It was a bit frustrating start. Otherwise good service, Toll fee was added immediatley after request, Detailed Information was received in an email at the start of the rent

Hector deserves five stars for being helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The location was easy to get to from where I’m staying in Miami - South Beach. If there’s one area to note for clients, the garage for pick-up was farther than expected from the office. It’s two blocks away. Other than that, the pick-up process was smooth.
