Had a pleasant experience. I wrote an earlier review, expressing disappointment but I turned out to be wrong (incorrect # of days applied to rental) and all turned out great. Carlos at front desk was great. Art from pre-sales/sales team was phenomenal. For those who are traveling to the US and need a car, checkout Sixt.
